The founders of Jog X Eric Boucher
Éric received his bachelor’s in physiotherapy from the Université de Montréal in 2002. Ever since, he has been a member of the Ordre des Professionnels de la Physiothérapie du Québec. He’s also a member of the Action Sport Physio team.
Eric is president and co-owner of the Vaudreuil-Dorion and Valleyfield Running Clinic, and has been in charge of the company’s public relations since January 2009. His interest in running and sports-medicine led him to becoming a respected specialist in the prevention of injuries and the biomechanical analysis of the lower limbs.
As therapist for the best Canadian runners in his area, Eric became interested in teaching, and enjoys supervising physiotherapy students during their final internships. His goal is to continue deepening his understanding of physiotherapy and to continue training in manual therapy.
This passionate sportsman is a keynote speaker for the Montréal International Marathon, and a competitive triathlete. He completed his 1st half-Ironman on Rhode Island in 2009. Three years later, he founded a running club, les Aspirants, in Vaudreuil Dorion.
